The great work we did
DTEC PRO undertook both Principal Contractor and Principal Design roles, as well as carried out the electrical and commissioning package for the installation of 5 GAC vessels integrated within the existing process. Elements of the overall scope included:

Site management and welfare as per CDM requirements.

Mains incoming power supply diversion.

Construction of new concrete plinths.

Underground DI pipework installation.
-
Pipework manifold including actuated valves.

Instrumentation including sample board.
-
PLC network control panel and fibre optic cabling.
-
Electrical design and installation of containment, cabling and instrumentation.
-
Full commissioning and close out documentation.
From pre commencement, the new plant was ready for operation within 5 months.
